You call James, and tell him you need to see him.
You meet at the closest coffee shop from your home. He just can’t stop talking about his date and how great it was. “It was me, alright” you interrupt him. He looks at you in disbelief. “No, that’s not even funny” he said. You go on explaining about the notebook and how it grants you wishes.
You hand him the notebook, and he starts reading from it. “You wished for all of this?” He asked. “Not all, some of those wishes were from previous owners” you explain. “I’ll cut to the chase”, you say, “i am telling you all this because you are my best friend. I will let you write one wish on the notebook. “You may wish for some one to fall in love with you, or for money, or anything you want.”
“One wish? Why not more?” He asks. “Because I know you are a good guy, and you will only make one wish and return the notebook to me” you say.
He takes a while, but he finally writes something:
- He wishes to be more confident
- With a wicked smile he wishes you to become his girlfriend again
- He wishes for himself to have no need of the notebook
