He agrees

Even though he seems sad of losing his brother, he agrees with you. “Show me a picture of him” you ask him. “I can’t” he responded, “He lives only in my memory”. The notebook had erased him from existence.

You quickly make a wish to materialize a picture of him. By looking at it, you shape shift into him. “Hey bro” you say, he gets tears in his eyes. “It is you, it has been you all along?” He asks. “Not really, but I can help you cope with his disappearance” you propose. 

“Or better yet, you can help me get him back” he says. But that is dangerous, maybe he doesn’t want to get back, maybe the wish affects the both of you. So you make a simple wish, to change the picture to how his brother looks now. 

Suddenly the picture shows a lesbian couple. It has both their names at the bottom, “Amy and Kim”. You show it to him “This is your brother now, and he… sell she seems happy”. He can’t believe it. “I can make you forget him, or if you insist, I can turn him back” you tell him hoping for the former. “Fine, turn me into him, my life sicks anyways, turn me into John” he says. 

You turn yourself back into Pauline, and you do as he says. Suddenly he is gone, replaced by his brother John. He blinks a couple of times. You made sure to have his memories intact, only his body changed. Otherwise, John might want to become Kim again. 

“I don’t feel different” he says. “My voice! I sound like John”. You snap a picture of him. “He’s back, I am him!” He yells. “And i can be your loving wife” you propose and he agrees. “But no magic, we will date, and i will propose, and a year from now, we will get married”.
