Maybe Sandy has learned her lesson. You turn her back into a man, you decide to have him keep his memories as a 2 year old girl. 

“What? What happened?” David, your husband asked. “Why was I a little girl? Why was I your toddler?” He asked while looking afraid of you. “I caught you cheating, so I wanted to give you a lesson” you told him. “Buuut how?” He asked with a cute two year old pronunciation. “I feel weird being an adult now, it felt good being your daughter… but I am a man… a 32 year old man… that likes to play with dolls” he kept on talking. You could see his mind breaking, you had to fix it.
